1. Política de Precios y Pagos 1. Pricing and Payment Policy
Todos los servicios se cotizan y deben ser liquidados exclusivamente en Dólares de los Estados Unidos (USD). Los precios base publicados están sujetos a cambios tras la inspección física del vehículo. Factores como el tamaño del vehículo, el estado de la pintura y el nivel de suciedad determinarán el costo final, el cual será notificado al cliente antes de iniciar el trabajo. All services are quoted and must be paid exclusively in United States Dollars (USD). Published base prices are subject to change after a physical inspection of the vehicle. Factors such as the size of the vehicle, paint condition, and dirt level will determine the final cost, which will be notified to the client before starting the work.
2. Responsabilidad sobre Pertenencias 2. Responsibility for Belongings
Es responsabilidad exclusiva del propietario retirar del vehículo todo artículo de valor (joyería, dinero en efectivo, dispositivos electrónicos y documentos legales). Wash-alo Pro no asume responsabilidad alguna por la pérdida, daño o desaparición de artículos personales dejados en el interior de la unidad durante la prestación del servicio. It is the owner's sole responsibility to remove all valuables (jewelry, cash, electronic devices, and legal documents) from the vehicle. Wash-alo Pro assumes no liability for the loss, damage, or disappearance of personal items left inside the unit during the provision of the service.
3. Daños Preexistentes y Limitación de Responsabilidad 3. Pre-existing Damages and Limitation of Liability
Wash-alo Pro se compromete a ejercer el máximo cuidado. Sin embargo, no seremos responsables por: Wash-alo Pro is committed to exercising the utmost care. However, we will not be held liable for:
- Daños derivados de defectos de fabricación o pintura previamente debilitada/oxidada. Damages resulting from manufacturing defects or previously weakened/oxidized paint.
- Componentes eléctricos o mecánicos que presenten fallas tras una limpieza estándar de motor o interior. Electrical or mechanical components that fail after a standard engine or interior cleaning.
- Rupturas en plásticos, gomas o cueros que se encuentren resecos o degradados por el tiempo y el sol. Tears in plastics, rubber, or leather that are dried out or degraded by time and sun.
4. Requerimientos de Acceso y Seguridad 4. Access and Safety Requirements
El cliente garantiza un espacio de trabajo seguro y legal (garaje, entrada privada o estacionamiento autorizado). Wash-alo Pro se reserva el derecho de cancelar o rechazar cualquier servicio si el entorno pone en riesgo la integridad física del personal o de los equipos de trabajo. The client guarantees a safe and legal workspace (garage, private driveway, or authorized parking). Wash-alo Pro reserves the right to cancel or refuse any service if the environment poses a risk to the physical integrity of the staff or work equipment.
5. Derechos de Uso de Imagen 5. Image Use Rights
A menos que el cliente indique lo contrario por escrito antes de iniciar el servicio, Wash-alo Pro se reserva el derecho de tomar fotografías y videos del proceso (Antes/Después) para fines de portafolio, marketing y redes sociales, asegurando siempre la protección de la privacidad del cliente mediante el difuminado de placas de matrícula. Unless the client states otherwise in writing before starting the service, Wash-alo Pro reserves the right to take photos and videos of the process (Before/After) for portfolio, marketing, and social media purposes, always ensuring the protection of the client's privacy by blurring license plates.
6. Garantía de Satisfacción 6. Satisfaction Guarantee
Al finalizar el servicio, se requiere que el cliente realice una inspección final junto al técnico. Cualquier discrepancia o solicitud de corrección debe realizarse en ese momento. Una vez que el técnico se retira de la ubicación, se considera que el trabajo ha sido aceptado a entera satisfacción del cliente. Upon completion of the service, the client is required to perform a final inspection with the technician. Any discrepancy or request for correction must be made at that time. Once the technician leaves the location, the work is considered accepted to the client's complete satisfaction.
7. Ley Aplicable 7. Applicable Law
Estos términos se rigen por las leyes del Estado de California. Cualquier disputa será resuelta en las jurisdicciones correspondientes al Condado de Orange. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be resolved in the corresponding jurisdictions of Orange County.
